NETWORK OPERATIONS
Our Network Operations center manages and maintains our internal and client networks by monitoring all systems for alerts allowing us to be proactive when responding to issues before they become critical problems.
DISASTER RECOVERY
HyCloud provides Cloud Based Disaster Recovery, which will minimize downtime, reduce the risk of data loss, and keep your business safe. By utilizing a hybrid backup solution, we can restore customer data and systems on-premise, in the cloud, or anywhere as required by the client’s business continuity plan.
UNIFIED THREAT MANAGEMENT
HyCloud uses a combination of a hardware appliance and security software to provide a comprehensive solution, bringing enterprise-grade security to any organization. Our network security services range from Intrusion Prevention (IPS), URL filtering, Gateway AntiVirus, application control, and spam protection, to services fighting advanced threats such as sandboxing, data loss prevention, ransomware and data breaches.
ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT
Our Endpoint Management Solutions monitor and manage all Windows, MAC, iOS, Android and Linux devices to automatically track software and hardware inventory, apply patch management, manage mobile device management (MDM), deploy operating systems and applications, deploy antivirus client management, and supply remote control options. Part of our solution extends into our client networks fully documenting the entire network configuration for each site.
CONSULTING
We provide new and existing clients with expert advice in the area of their on-premise, hybrid, and public cloud taking the approach to understanding your business and asking there are any existing concerns. We use a comprehensive IT assessment tool to determine risks, asset allocation, and other pertinent details of your network and perform an audit report showing your weaknesses to process a plan of action to remedy your network needs.
HELPDESK
HyCloud’s helpdesk provides a first point of contact for our customers seeking technical assistance. The helpdesk handles technical issues, resolve problems, and escalates issues to more experienced staff, and any other third party vendors. Our clients can communicate with our helpdesk through a variety of ways, via phone, email, chat, customer portal, and virtual assistant. Our helpdesk is available 24x7x365. We support Any device, Anywhere, Anytime.
Before partnering with HyCloud, our systems were running, but outdated and at the bare minimum requirement with improper setup/backups that were at high risk of disaster recovery situation.
